Been training for many many years mostly at the gymsince i started in my 20s now in my 60s, now work load means im very busy and hard to get to the gym and so saw this advertised and ordered next day. The construction putting it together is easy and so amazed how well it is built. Catches and pins, interlocking bolts, pads the lot so impressed with it. And training on it feels very good and going to purchase the squat attachment as a replacement hip i had done 2 years ago needs work on getting the strength back in it. And yes still enjoy working out good for the mental health and a feel good afterwards. Recommend this machine to anyone its a great piece of kit.

Great way to have a full gym that folds flat. Much cheaper then the US total gym but with some neat features like split sliding boards. Not sure how long it will last with plastic parts but definitely worth a few years of use for the price.

Really easy to set up, instructions and diagrams show a lot of different ways you can work your muscle groups Every time I've used it, have always been able to work up a sweat and feel like I've done a good workout. Folds down well and stands up out of the way without taking up too much space whilst not in use. Also very good at collecting dust and silently mocking you from the corner of the room when you lose all motivation - but that's more of a user problem.

The machine is fine, but it is a bit rickety, the hand pulls are pretty useless, and it's impossible to get full extension without buying all the add-ons. I'd say only buy if you want to target your legs and abs.

Ordered this and recieved it the following day, super quick delivery, easy to put together, really sturdy and a great piece of kit. Well worth the money as its 2 machines in 1.

Very flimsy

good home gym, a fraction of the price of a gym membership.

I bought this as an alternative to the gym and I have not been disappointed. I purchased the lat bar and squat attachment seperately (worth the extra- I done my homework on this and knew they were sold seperately!) Every muscle group can be trained with a little set up practise, but be aware, there is no warm up/ build up, you are straight in at full body weight! The pain is real people- be warned!
