Read the Sizing Guide!
I ordered the XXL I'm 5'10 and just shy of 200lbs and it fit perfectly. I was a little nervous of it not fitting since tall (much less) curvy women tend to get the short end of the stick on standard sizing but this fit like it was tailored to my body. I haven't sew on it yet so I can't speak to the density of the fabric but thus far its been decent.
