Limited Information on Label
Since going more natural with health and beauty items I have been on a quest to find a facial sunscreen with a physical formulation (rather than chemical formulation) of SPF 30 (rather than 15). Chemical-free sunscreens usually have zinc oxide as one of the main ingredients, which can leave a ghostly cast. This does not leave a ghostly cast, but if you look at the label you see that zinc is the last ingredient. My present facial sunscreen, Neutrogena, has 21.6%. Also, it is not sheer, it leaves a pearly finish.I was drawn to this product because I thought it would have fewer ingredients/chemicals than my favorite facial sunscreen, Neutrogena Sheer Zinc Oxide Dry-Touch Face Sunscreen SPF 50. I was disappointed that the list of ingredients for this product was extensive. Also, fragrance is listed, which is something I try to avoid with my sensitive skin.On a good note, it feels good, not sticky or goopy at all. Under makeup, the sunscreen looks natural with no lines or creases. I wore it to a park and it did not run into my eyes or burn, and it kept my skin from burning or tanning. It is not labeled tear-free, so I would still use caution if using this on children. Also, this is not marked as water-resistant, so itโs not my first choice for the pool or beach. Did not clog my pores and washed off easily with my normal face wash and a washcloth. In fact, it washed off so easily hat I wonder how well it would hold up in an outdoor setting, or while working out.The label just doesn't give me the information I need to feel confident in this product. There is no list of active vs inactive ingredients. The percentages of sunscreens are not listed (like the percentage of zinc oxide), and it doesn't tell you if its waterproof/water resistant. It did work, but I'm still not sold 100% on this product.Iโm new to posting photos, so I hope you found this review helpful!

I thought I had found the sunscreen bargain of the century, I was wrong
I thought this sunscreen had it all, titanium dioxide and zinc oxide, and a large tube for under $4. The smell is very strong, but my wife likes it, I am ambivalent. The issue is that it does not work.I noticed that I got sunburnt when I did not think I should after using this sunscreen. I waited until my sunburn went away and then tried an experiment, I put a good amount of this on one arm and Solimo SPF 15 lotion on the other arm and went outside for ~80 minutes. There was no sunburn on the Solimo arm and KIRIKURA arm had a solid sunburn on it. I was disappointed that I used an entire arm as a test.I then had an idea that maybe sweat was the issue. I waited until my sunburn went away and tried a smaller area, just sitting outside on a sunny day. There was some sweat and a similar result.I can tell that I get more protection than if I was not wearing any sunscreen, but not even cheap Solimo SPF 15 protection. Either any sweat will rinse this sunscreen away or it is ~SPF 5.Save your $4 and buy a coffee, not this sunscreen

Very perfumey!
What I like about this sunscreen is:- The no-animal-testing, paraben-free, etc. boasts on the label. There's a lot of good stuff there I like.- It is thinner consistency, spreading easily--not thick, heavy, or greasy.- It dries quickly.- So far, it seems to work protecting against sunburn. SPF 30 is just right for my fair skin.- I think the price is pretty good! What I don't like:- That scent is perfumy and strong! It smells a lot like a perfume my late grandmother wore. At first when I opened the bottle and squirted some out, it seemed slight. But as I applied and let the sunscreen dry and soak in, the scent seemed to get even stronger. It is like I am wearing a good decent application of actual perfume. I don't hate the scent, I just don't want it on me!- It shows on my skin when dried and heavily applied. It leaves a dry white film on me.That is all! You'll have to decide for yourself it it's right for you. Personally, I'd rather my sunscreen smell like sunscreen or nothing at all. Not grandma's perfume.

Works OK but leaves a white residue on your skin
I've been using zinc & titanium sunscreens for years, and this is an ok example. My problems with it are: at 30 SPF, it isn't as protective as it should be. I supplement it with spray-on chemical sunscreen, because my skin is very sensitive to sun, but that kind of ruins the idea of "chemical free" sunscreen. The other annoying thing is that if I use enough to protect me, it leaves white on my skin, and on my clothes if I'm not quite careful. I'll be sticking to the Elta and similar higher-end zinc sunscreens from now on.
