Castillo Habanero Hot Sauce Red, 5 oz

It's a bit generic, offering more heat than flavor, and the heat itself isn't as much as you'd probably hope from something with a big habanero pepper on the front, but I still use it quite often anyway.I appreciate the fact it isn't perfectly smooth, too, there's juuuuusst a little bit of a chunk to it, little bits that didn't get blended as much as the rest.

I was wondering how this sauce would be, seeing that it was much cheaper than all the other options. I was not disappointed. It is well-balanced and delicious. I will order again.

By far the best taste of any spicy hot sauce that I have tried personally. I have distant friends that travel to Mexico and bring this stuff back by the case for themselves to give to their friends. It's that good. I ran out recently. Thankfully I found it here on Amazon. I use it on all sorts of things- pizza, salads with ranch, and of course Mexican fare. As spicy goes, this is fairly spicy. Not Ghost pepper spicy, but makes Franks Red Hot or Tabasco seem like water.

Was good but not exactly what I remembered from living in Texas and getting it. Still a good buy though.

LOVE the salsa but the top was chipped when it arrived, grateful it didn't spill anywhere.

This stuff is so good and hot it rivals Sriracha. Get some! Just because because too much can cause a roid flare up.

This is a product for a country club that I work for. And they keep me ordering it for them as they love the hot flavor.

This is my favorite because it doesn't have that horrible vinegar taste that most hot sauces have. It's got a decent kick. I'd say its significantly hotter than Tabasco.
