Thinner than angel hair..
I like these noodles. Some people expect them to act Like wheat noodles But this is a different product, the noodles. In this package are a little thin. I actually like the little bit thicker ones.Better they act more like wheat noodles. Now for the so called fishy smell/taste I don't don't see that. If you don't like a really small thin noodle, then try the bigger ones.If you're just looking for a hint of noodles you can try these. I think this is a very good product for keto And a good substitute For the person looking for a noodle. These would be great to add to a soup which is probably how I will use the rest of them.

ZERO stars
That's what I would give this product if I could: zero stars. It's not that I hated it. It's just that there is absolutely nothing to like about these, as compared to any regular food you might eat. But specifically compared to pasta and rice, here are the facts as I experienced them: The texture is nothing at ALL like pasta or rice. It is ridiculously chewy, almost impossible to chew, actually. The noodles do not separate or get any softer, even after boiling for 20 straight minutes while trying to separate them with a fork. I ended up having to cut the spaghetti clod into pieces with my kitchen shears so it would fit into my mouth. Some have said they have no flavor of their own (which is true) but that they take on the flavor of whatever you cook them with (which is not true -- even cooking them in a broth flavored with hot chili pepper flakes the noodles themselves were still bland as could be when pulled out of the broth with a fork). I wanted to be fair in my review so I did try all three of the different items in the box. The rice packets were marginally better than the noodles in that they were easier to separate somewhat. Same problem with texture and flavor however. The remainder of the unused packets went straight into the trash bin. I wouldn't even bother donating these to a food bank for starving children. The ONLY good thing about these is that you consume only 5 calories and no net carbs per serving, presuming that you manage to choke a whole serving down. Bottom line: Save yourself 15 bucks, and instead cut up a wad of old rubber bands into large or tiny pieces, cook them in a flavored broth for 5 minutes or 50 minutes, put some in your mouth and chew for five minutes before spitting them out. That pretty much sums up my experience of the actual product.

3.5 stars. Thin angel hair good in Pho, Pad Thai, etc. Drain & rinse well
Pretty good. One retail looking box with multiple packs of noodles. I had purchased a couple of different varieties because I wasn't sure which style I would like better (thicker spaghetti, or this angel hair). I primarily want to use it to bulk up some soup. It's cold weather now, and I keep having a craving for broth, and while I want to add something to it to bulk it up, I dont want to add carbs and cals. So here we are. I like shirataki noodles already, and I know it is often a matter of finding the right size style of noodle that makes or breaks the dish. As with any, drain and rinse the noodles well. I never use shirataki noodles as a spaghetti pasta replacement, usually I stick to other dishes just to bulk it up.This kinda works for my quick noodle soup need, though I think these are better suited for pho or other Asian inspired dishes. I say this because the noodle reminds me more of a thin rice noodle. Slightly rubbery, but good. I think I will want to cook them more, or fry them a little for best taste and texture.I haven't yet tried their spaghetti noodle, which I want to use to replicate Skinny Pasta cup of soup but will do so and report back here when I am ready to write that review.EDIT: Tried the other noodle. No go. While I have never had any issue digesting shirataki noodles, and was fine with this angel hair variety, the spaghetti ones I linked above basically um.. came out the other end whole. Gross. Also they were extra rubbery and didnt pick up other flavors. So basically boring, and weirdly chewy. 1 star for the spaghetti. 3.5 stars for this angel hair. I hemmed and hawed between a 3 star rating and 4 star since we cant do half stars. I went with 3, which means it is "just OK". I know I wont buy them again, but will use them up. (The spaghetti ones I wont use. Waste of money).
