Limited documentation and weak barrety holder compartment
I did not see any document in the box or online to assemble. Also the compartment for placing batteries is very weak and the spring within is loose.

It’s not accurate or helpful
Totally inaccurate weight!! Super cheap and not helpful. I bought this to weight products for my business and this scale is totally off. It was also damaged in transit. When i reached out to seller to return due to defect, they just responded with a serious of questions and didn’t let me return or exchange this now defect and unwanted item.
