Shoe Replacement Rubber Out Sole,4mm Thickness, one Pair (Dark Brown)

Perfect rubber soles replacements. The trick is the installationInstallationCutting them down can be done easily with heavy duty kitchen sissors.... Cutting them so only the bottom part of the sole that touches the surface if very important. I did a few templates with cardboard until I was satisfied.I used Barge contact cement. Applied to both surfaces on my porch because of smell. It was hot so it dried quickly. Press on and held all surfaces until look glued, and then after 20 minutes put on moccasins to add my weight. I did not walk but I wanted to add my weight to help the glue set.After a small amount of time, I used a tooth pick to get any of tiny small gaps along the toes by adding a slight amount of glue, let dry, applied pressure,They look solid... I was happy I did not ruin my new moccasins. The important part is not to leaves gaps so dirt can enter. It takes time. Thinner sole replacements would be easier but would not last as long.Because they were new and the leather was suede there was no cleaning or light sanding needed.They came out perfect according to Barge the bond will grow stronger after time....

Used to build up the front soles of my wife’s shoes she needed some help with balancing. This did the job. Used contact cement and very pleased with out come . Thanks will buy again.

Bought these to improve the grip on a pair of street shoes I use for work. They did somewhat improve the grip, however they do not make them fully "non slip" in wet conditions. I do like the thickness/density of the rubber, as they have not worn thin in any areas. However, since these come at a US mens size ~13, they are VERY large! Be prepared with a sturdy craft knife to cut them down to size before attaching them to the base shoe. These also are not self-adhesive!! You will need a strong shoe glue like Barge Cement to attach them.These are NOT intended for patch-work or replacing a single section of a split-heel shoe. These are meant to replace a full sole.

Easy to use, thick, good quality, but smell like the inside of a chemical factory. It's been 2 months and the smell hasn't gone away.

I bought these soles to repair some favorite moccasins. These soles are sturdy and can be used for many types of shoes. They are in a very large size and can be trimmed with scissors to fit all types of footwear.Adhesive needs to be purchased separately. These replacement soles would be great for boots too!

Your product is way too thin, and is no use to me. A total waste of my hard earned money, especially in today’s economy.

Great anti slip rubber sole. Use good quality shoe glue and it will stay for years to come.
