We’ve now bought 5 of these to replace all of our 25 year old fans. They are SO easy to mount! They perform well too. Not unbalanced like the ones at the big box store. Great look too. I am hopeful they will last 25 years…

We purchased two of these fans in the brushed nickel finish. Our electrician had never heard of Honeywell ceiling fans but had no difficulty installing these. One is wired to two wall switches in our guest bedroom. The other is wired to the small size universal remote control that I ordered to use with it. The remote worked fine once we realized that it did not come with batteries inside! The fan is a great size for an 8-ft. ceiling. It is quite attractive and runs smoothly and silently with only a slight wobble at the highest speed. We like the two-color blades and how easily they attach to the fan. We chose to use the darker side to match our furniture. The four LED lights provide plenty of light. If anything they are too bright in our 12x20 rooms, so I might pick up some 25 watt-equivalent bulbs and see how they compare.

A nice looking ceiling fan that is fairly quiet. Not too hard to install, but requires a bit of fiddling to get the holes lined up in the motor housing.

Fan is very attractive. Came with reversible blades, but honestly the greyer one clashed with the hardware so I used the redder side, even though I wanted the greyer side to work.You will need to add your own longer pull chains too, the ones it comes with are super short.

I have to admit, Amazon is not generally where I first think of looking for a ceiling fan, with so many box stores around. But none of said box stores seem to have a fan that mounts like this one does, pretty much as close as possible to the ceiling. Installation was very easy, following the instructions. The only place the design was somewhat lacking is in how the blades are mounted to the blade holders. The instructions say to force the blades down over three wing nuts that are already pre-installed on the blade holders, then rotate the wing nuts 90 degrees to lock the blades to the holders. The problem with this approach is the cutouts in the blades are not quite large enough to go over the wing nuts (at least not without a lot of unintended "material removal"). I think a much better approach is to just remove the screws holding the wing nuts completely, put the blades over the plastic inserts, then re-install the screws and wing nuts (with the wing nuts rotated to keep the blades on). Once installed, the fan itself is very quiet, well-balanced, and looks good.

Installed in an overhang porch ceiling. Installation was fairly straightforward, I've installed numerous ones over the years and each has its own unique way of hanging. I added an after-market remote unit and all works well together. Did not install a light fixture but the provisions are there for doing so if you wanted to add your own fixture. Wont really get to use it until warm weather hits but it seems to throw a good downdraft.

Had never used a Honeywell fan before. Very satisfied with this one. Had it installed by an electrician. It works well & seems to be a good value for its price. It blends in with the room decor & looks good. No wobbling during use.

Bought this to replace a bedroom fan that was out of balance past the point of no return (a kid with a ladder, and a ceiling fan, dont mix... crazy eh?). I though it was going to be a "brushed nickel" finish to match the rest of the house, but its much closer to a polished stainless steel. Very nice finish and everything seemed very high quality.Install was a breeze, and only took about 30min. No steel cable to hang the motor on while wiring it, but the mount system itself takes the weight while you wire, then just slip it out and tuck your wires back in to make room. You could likely leave them sticking out of the receptacle too if need, as long as the don't rub on the motor right below.This this is pretty quiet too! On full speed it puts out plenty of breeze. It came with 4 LED bulbs for the lights, and damn are those bright! Shouldn't have any issues with a dim living room. Definitely thinking of getting another and would recommend to others.

I ordered two models of fans when doing my home reno and this was the best one because compared to the other one, it is super quiet. It looks great and you can't hear it when it's running.

Instructions were quite comprehensive & I installed it myself...only asking an electrician one question first. I do have good hand skills though & took it in stages from a stepladder, mount first, take break, then complete motor & blades, then lighting package. I fired up the fan motor by itself once connected & it was noisy with a small harmonic to the hum...no matter, this all cleared up once the blades were mounted & the whole assembly then became acceptably silent. The rustic bronze/brown paint surfaces are attractive, as are the lamp sconces which are mildly "antique" looking. Happy with the fan, lighter in weight than my last one.

After a 2 hour battle installing the fan we were very pleased with the beauty of this ceiling fan. The screws are small and easy to drop while trying to install it. I recommend not attaching the fan blades until after you have installed the brackets for the blades. The wiring is easy to attach and instructions were good. Overall a very good beautiful ceiling fan.
