KOHLER1128148-VS Body and Escutcheon Assembly

High quality, simple & nice looking. I chose the Kohler unit because I trust their brand and quality -- the total price for all three parts was just under $30 which is still very affordable. Note that the other reviews are correct ... this is just the body of the pump assembly. DO NOT buy the "other customers bought these together" suggestion from Amazon as it pairs the wrong parts. Be sure to buy the Kohler 1041645 Pump Assembly and Kohler 1039513 Bottle for proper fit and function.You will receive no instructions but it is easy to assemble. Note that the Body has a small pump assembly with it ... to use with a bottle, you will need to remove that small pump assembly and replace it with the item 1041645 referenced above. This gives you the tube that reaches to the bottom of the bottle. Just gently pull it out of the Body and push the new one it. Boom, you are done.It wasn't clear to me from the description but once you assemble it with your sink, you will not need to take the bottle off the bottom to refill. Soap can be added to the top by gently removing the top of the Body. See the picture I've attached.*** Note: this review is after receipt of the item and installation. It has been installed in a customer restroom at a restaurant. If I do not come back and complain about the longevity of the item, you can assume that it has performed to expectation. ***

Looks great, works great. It's Vibrant Stainless just like  this one $64.88 at the moment  which is exactly the same as far as I can tell but more than double the price!!You'll also need the  pump $1.43  (you only need it for the tube though, the dispenser comes with a pump) and the  bottle $1.90  giving you a total of $29.43 and $35.45 in savings

Excellent but people need to understand , this is just the item you see in the picture, and nothing else. If you need the whole set you need to buy two more pieces (plastic bottle part number 1039513 and the assembly part number 1041645), it worth the money, really nice product and works GREAT!

False advertising in the listing!! The item that arrived is made of plastic, not metal as listed. I bought this to replace my old one which is metal and heavy. This one is light and cheap plastic. It works but I'm not expecting it to last.

This soap dispenser is awesome. Be sure to buy the bottle and the pump assembly at the same time. You need to buy 3 pieces. It looks great and works great!

This soap dispenser at first sight looks like a good deal compared to KOHLER K-1895-C-VS that looks identical and cost twice as much. The main differences are that this dispenser head itself as well as the base are plastic but with K-1895 they are made from actual metal. The sheen is slightly different with this unit, very slightly darker, hardly noticeable. Both fit well into Kohler's vibrant stainless or brushed stainless color schemes. The spout protrusion is in both cases metal. In both units, the stem is plastic. Both come with the same pump assembly. K-1895 also comes with a bottle and tubing. K-1895 feels significantly heavier and more solid. Unlike other plastic Kohler dispensers, neither unit feels flimsy when pressing down on it. Some units that come bundled with faucets bend when operating, but these are not.

Good product but I want to clarify some reviews from others. You need to buy the bottle as others say. But don't waste your money on the pump because this product already includes the pump, it just needs the dip tube. So you just need to buy a foot of 5/16" plastic tubing from the hardware for $0.25 so you can pump up from the bottle.

Exactly what I asked for. Kitchen soap dispenser fits perfectly, very happy with product.
