This helped me so much this year with keeping my allergies from running my life! I only ended up taking it once a day at night before bed but that seemed to do the trick to keep me from waking up with itchy eyes and scratchy throat through what would be hay fever central for me. It's actually the first year in a long long time that I didnt end up needing any breathing treatments or getting a sinus infection.. maybe the pollen wasn't as bad this year but the yellow snow on my car said otherwise. Taste is intensely earthy but if you can get past it, I feel like it's worth it.

This tincture has worked wonders for my son's allergies (4 yrs old) and it is working well for my husband. I think it has helped my son ward off colds and illness as well this allergy season because he has not caught the same bugs as his sister (and previous to taking this this year they both would come down with every illness that came into the house...). Between this and a homeopathic remedy and a few drops of eucalyptus oil on the sheets at night my son has been able to stop taking claritin. My husband feels benefits but still needs claritin, etc...

I suffer from allergies and because of other issues I am unable to take Zyrtec or other allergies pills . After trying other products from Herb Pharm I thought I would give this a try . I can’t say enough about about good things about Pollen Defense . It takes away all of my allergy symptoms. I use 2 times a day on a bad pollen day I use 3 times . I will never be without this .

It didn't work. It was supposed to be for helping clear up my voice, but I found that it made no difference.... and it tasted disgusting.

This product really works to help with allergies. You may have to use it a couple times during the day to keep the effect going. This is a nice alternative to Zyrtec, especially if you've using Zyrtec for a long time and want to take a break. I understand that any drug can lose its effectiveness after long term use. This is a great alternative but you do need to take is a few times during the day. The taste doesn't bother me at all.

This stuff is CRAZY effective. I had a severe allergy to cats. While visiting a friend for 2 weeks I was in serious discomfort due to his 2 cats.I went to the health food store and the guy told me to get eyebrite/nettle, now, Pollen Defense. I started to protest....I'm allergic to cats after all. But, he stopped me before I could begin and said."Just do it...you'll be amazed." And I was. 2 droppers full and I was feeling better in about an hour. By the end of my 2 weeks I was taking DROPS....not droppers full! Somehow, it seemed, it was teaching my body to chill out.And, a friend of mine that won't take a baby aspirin calls for it during hay fever season. Buy it...try it....you'll be amazed.
