I ordered these to use as "company placemats". I used nice cloth placemats for a small dinner party recently and after serving a dessert featuring a chocolate sauce, i realized that this was a big mistake! These are the color i was looking for and will clean up nicely the next time I serve chocolate to guests. They are very pretty as well!

As far as mats go, they’re allright. Be warned that the material is made like a trellis type weaving. Up to the one can see through. Also, mine came kinked from the shipping and even after soaking in hot water and putting a weight on them, I never got the fold line out completely. All in all they are ok, for the price.
