Good for pain

I am very happy with this product. I started using it several months after I developed tendonitis in my elbow after I had overexerted my elbow when lifting an extremely heavy object. I kept thinking that the tendonitis would get better over time and I tried not to aggravate it but it did not (probably because I am right handed and it was my right elbow) so I ordered this product and within two weeks of using the product my elbow is feeling much better and is healing. A couple of years ago, I ordered this same product for husband when he strained his rotator cuff in a skiing fall and it also was not getting better. Shortly after he started taking it, his shoulder started feeling better, too.

This enzyme so far seems to be working for me. I am trying to stop taking such large doses of Tylenol (6200mg.) for chronic pain in my back and knees for the past 20 years from jogging and playing golf at least 3 times a week. I’m now 93 ,in such pain, I have great difficulty just walking. Taking these enzymes,following directions on label, emphasizing on an (EMPTY STOMACH) has started to make some difference. I can no longer use Nasaids,Opoids,or other offerings from big pharma because of serious side effects I’m hoping they work.

Repair Gold is for me an amazing product. I appreciate the protease specifically, but I find that my energy level is very high. A normal sort of high. And I'm in my 60's. It is a little tricky taking it as required, but I sometimes manage to take another dose in the middle of the day. I can tell it works by the way I feel. A good quality product, worth the money, not just for the energy, but for the good health. It's for more than athletics. As we age, we tend to lose our enzyme supply, and illness can result. I take enzymes for digestion, though this product helps with more systemic digestion. A low enzyme content in older age is looked upon as "normal." A low content during a chronic disease is considered pathological. It's not so much a matter of chronology, but integrity of the body tissues. Tissues depend upon enzymes present to carry on metabolism in every cell of the body. When aging, many have such a low enzyme level that metabolism suffers. I believe this product important enough to be an ongoing supplement for me.

I like the fact that this product is inexpensive and so far seems to be working well the only negative is the dosage timing. It must be taken on an empty stomach and you shouldn’t eat for about 2 hours afterward. I take it in the middle of the night when I wake up to use the bathroom. I still need a few weeks to assess definitely but so far so good👍

Helps with wrist sprain/strain. May take a month.. Mine did. Did not have to see the orthopedic doctor. Of course I followed his previous orders and physical therapy regimen at home. I have a copy of my exercises. Also rested the affected area to promote healing.

To relieve back and knee pain, balance issues.
