I have these in at least 6 pair of my shoes. I have used them for years and replace them about every 6 months on the shoes I use for hiking. Great product for any shoe that has a removable insole.

These save my feet. I've a high instep and arch. My podiatrist recommended these SOLE brand insoles.

Did not like these at all. They do what they claim and mold to your feet. I just found them very uncomfortable.

Pick which insole is right for you

There is a ridge on the outside edge of the insoles. This presses against my foot causing pain. The cork makes funny noises in shoes. It can range from a mild squeak to a farting sound. Lubing it with Vaseline or WD40 helps. Also you have to be careful when placing or taking them out of your shoes. The corks cracks easily.

Good fit and easy to fit to my feet in my dress boots. Comfortable for walking around in. The boots squeak just a bit though, which I suppose can't be helped given the material, but maybe there's a way to silence it a bit? Would still recommend and will still use.

I've worn Sole inserts for more than 15 years. This is the first time I have purchased a CORK pair and it will be the last time. I actually purchased two pair for two new pairs of trail runners.Sole's FAQ says, "Some shoes cause squeaking if there is a foam or rubbery material that rubs against the bottom of SOLE footbeds made with recycled cork. Customers have had success using solutions like baby powder or anything that creates a barrier between the shoe and the bottom of the insole."Powder is a very, very short term solution. Going to try some duct tape at this point.

I have hard tile floors. If I am on my feet a lot all day, my back would start cramping. I had to thanksgivings to do in one week. The Sunday before Thanksgiving end on Thanksgiving day. I used these in my shoes the day before both days, doing preparation, and the day of, doing all the standing while cooking, and my back didn’t cramp! I’m so glad I bought them. They seemed a little pricey to me, which is why I didn’t read it high on the value, that may be a bad on my part since I really don’t know how much it cost to manufacture them. But even though they were pricey for me, I would buy them again because they help so much.

I was worried these would be too thick and clumsy, but they are perfect. Fit true to size.
