The shipping took a while to come. When it came it was literally wrapped in plastic and tape. No padding at all on the inside. The item was all scratched up and already tears on the red handle part. No instructions were included in the package, but it was pretty simple to put together. For the price of the product I was expecting a brand new item, not what it seems to be used or poorly stored. Despite all that, it still functions as it should. The materials as a littler flimsier than expected. And watch out for the steps on the sides, it is sharp. Definitely will not be recommending this item.
