Writing this review after using this geyser for a week. The operation is very silent and it takes about 20 minutes for water to get completely hot. The build quality seems to be very good and the installation was very quick and professional. You can blindly buy this if you are looking for a 25 liter storage geyser. I already am using the A.O smith water purifier and their service is quite good in my area (Pune).

Bad Experience with Product Service and Warranty
It has been 16 months since the purchase of the product and I've requested 5 times for the service of the product. I also sent an email to the Company requesting for the replacement as there is same fault repeatedly occurring with thermo stat and cut out resulting into auto trip. I'm frustrated of lodging service request every one or two months within last 5 months span. As a customer I'm not satisfied with Company's service policy and product warranty. If the Company thinks for the customer, Request you to take action on replacing the product.
