From the Manufacturer A COTTAGE NEAR ROUNDWOOD - The Irish watercolour painter John Faulkner was born in Dublin and studied drawing and fine art painting at the Royal Dublin School. His precocious talent led him to begin exhibiting at the Royal Hibernian Academy (RHA) in 1852 when he was only 17. He was elected an RHA academician at 26 and also exhibited at the Royal Academy (RA) in London. Faulkner’s earliest landscape paintings depict scenes of south Co. Dublin and the Wicklow coast. He had a particular skill at capturing the soft dampness of the Irish climate.

A high-quality puzzle
I had read about Purrfect Puzzles on the web, and decided to give this one a try. First thing, all the pieces were there (none missing), and they came in a sealed plastic bag with a large poster of the final picture - which was very helpful. This is clearly a quality product compared to other puzzles we've worked. The sky and tree parts took us a while (several areas look almost identical), but we finally finished and were rewarded with a beautiful picture. These Purrfect Puzzles are much higher quality than those you can find in your local store - highly recommended.

Bought because I loved the picture and wanted to shellac
Bought because I loved the picture and wanted to shellac, frame and hang in our rec room. Worked on it, seemed like forever, only to find out it was missing pieces. Needless to say I was not very happy. I will never buy this brand again.
