At first these were difficult to figure out. However, after some meddling, it was easy 😉 one was easier to adjust in height as well as platform for the shoe while the other was much tighter. So far no tarnishing. Fit multiple styles of shoes from wedges, to heels, to some small booties! Love this to display the best of the best shoes as well as makes for an easy change out. You could easily use these to display other things such as handbags!

Cheap, cheap, cheap product. Tried to return it and was unable. It's off balance and bad. Do not purchase.
