Just received and mounted my wheels last night and went for a short ride. I'm giving them a 5 star rating and will update this review as time passes.First Impressions: 8/16/2020- The wheels were straight and true and well protected in the box.- My Shimano 11 speed cassette fit just fine (there is a small spacer to take off!!)- Tires mounted easily, and even the 38mm wheels require LONG valve stems!- Spoke are bladed, which is nice.- The construction seems good, I've only had them for one day so time will tell.- Included with wheels were skewers, extra spokes, valve extenders and a set of 4 brake pads (I'm using a different brand brake pads)- The braking noise is not loud though there is some (with the pads I bought "Aurora Racing Carbon Pads")- Braking power is just fine right out the door, no problems at all.- The hub is a little loud when coasting (doesn't bother me).- "Queen Bike" is the overall brand for these and they are completely bare, no stickers (other than warning stickers)- I do not have a scale that can weigh the wheels; they are very light.- They look good on the bike! I might add a small red sticker of some kind to them.I went for a brief ride to feel the braking etc and intentionally kept it short so I could go all out on a couple segments. I got two KOM's out of three segments I rode, I think the wheels helped!1 Month: 9/28/2020I've done a 100-200 miles and the wheels have been great. It's getting cold and raining now and I don't ride road in the rain so I might not ride again until spring.I'm very happy with this purchase and I highly recommend these wheels!UPDATE: 4/6/2021Probably 500 miles on the wheels and they are still great. There is cassette bite on the hub though, it was tough to get the cassette off. I think that part can be replaced?No problems with the wheels, braking is good... nice purchase for under $400.

Here are my impressions after the first 75 miles of use:1) The brakes work much better than I had expected based on other reports. The are really quite fine. The included pads fit right into my existing calipers, and pretty much just work. I have not tried them wet as of yet, so I cannot comment on that. I did have some brake squeal a couple times on my first ride, but had no squeal today on my 50 mile ride.2) The wheels were extremely true and spokes tight, straight out of the box. After my initial riding period, the wheels are still true.3) I had to adjust my brakes for the wider rim. Old rims were 23mm, so I had to let the calipers out a bit.4) I had to purchase tubes with 80mm stems. They fit just right. I would stay away from extenders to help prevent leaks.5) Clearance on older bikes like mine is tight, but they fit. I am running 25mm Gatorskin tires, and I love how the combo fits together. Looking down from my handlebars, the tire and rim form a nearly perfect oval with no bulges.6) Leave the nuts off the presta stems. They rattle.7) The wheels feel like a quality product in your hand. Edges are clean, finishes are smooth and consistent, and everything is very solid.8) The ride on the bike feels very controlled.9) The free hub is pretty loud, but it doesn’t bother me.10) The U-shape of these rims seems to be what the big name rims are going with, so they look modern.11) I might be a little faster on these wheels. I averaged 17.5 MPH by myself over 27 miles on my first ride. My second ride was with a group and we did 18 MPH over 45 miles. But I’ve had a cold this week, so maybe next week is even better.Overall, I’m completely satisfied with this purchase. I’ll update this review if anything changes, but right now I highly recommend these if you are looking for a solid upgrade.One last thing to mention is that these wheels actually have recent reviews, which is why I settled on them. I think it’s a little sus when a rim has one review per YEAR for the past five years, but 5 stars. Whatever.

Nov 27, 2024 UPDATE:Well, the rear wheel hub finally broke the springs during the 2024 Tour de Tucson and it sounded like someone was taking a chainsaw to my wheel. Unfortunately, the 6 pawl freehub used by SuperTeams is not carried by any bikeshops near me and their website does not sell as an accessory. So instead of trying to fix I will be shopping for new wheels.Overall I am very happy with my purchase. Even though I consider the rear wheel dead. I was able to enjoy them since July 2020 and put 8100 miles on the wheel.I still consider this a good buy and recommend someone looking to buy them to pull the trigger for the price.These wheels took about 4 weeks to deliver when I ordered on May 2020.I bought the 60mm depth rim and use 80mm valve tubes.I installed them on June 2020 and have 1400 miles on the wheels as of Oct 1, 2020 and they are just as true as the day I received them. I am not the lightest of riders at 6'3" 250lbs and ride 25mm continental gatorskins at 120psi back and 110psi front. The wheels are quiet...no rattling on bumps, train tracks, or uneven roads. My original bike came with Aluminum Oval 527 Concept wheels and I notice a big difference in performance on group rides at 20+mph. I transferred the Ultegra 8800 11-speed cassette from the old wheels and absolutely no issues fitting the cassette.I originally used the original cork brake pads that where delivered with the wheels but these are dangerous and noisy. They heat up easily in the steep downhills and you will lose all braking power once you get the squeal of death. Replaced the brake pads with the Shimano R55C4 for carbon rims and I no longer have issues on steep downhills.I would absolutely recommend anyone thinking of buying these tires to pull the trigger!!
