Seems well built, but!!!
Hi everyone, Yes it seems like a well built phone that runs smoothly for normal operations.But there are things that could be better;1. The camera is number one. While it boast a 21MP camera, that is definitely not so. either they lied or forgot to put the 21mp in and not a 5mp. My photos speak for themselves...2. Benchmark test with an tutu ranked 51 with a score of 73624, not bad. But my test results was not as impressive (running YouTube, Google chrome + video player at the same time, as everything started itching/static behavior. Not impressed 😒 especially when you have a p23 processor.3. Protection, as far as case protection goes. This only protects the back and sides, what about the 'most' important; the screen 🤔. They say in fine print, it should not crack. But why in fine print? 🤨4. Calls. While all my calls today are 100% better than most phones even my Samsung, not sure why it switches from 4G to 3G for calls only.Now for the positives:1. It does perform most functions okay, just almost as my 2year old Nuu G3, which fell and crack so I had to replace it with this one. I wouldn't be running multiple apps on this at the same time too much, as it won't be able to do it efficiently as I believe it has a software glitch.2. Camera is basic and is definitely not a 21mp, takes ok shots in good light. My G3 does a way better job even at night and is only a 16MP.3. Audio quality on this phone is the best since Nokia 3310, and did I mention that the loud speaker is loud 😎🔊 and clear 📢🎵🎶...4. Battery life is good so far but not the best, but will or can get you through two days easily.5. Screen is beautiful, no complaints.6. As mentioned above, calls are super clear and the loud speaker is definitely loud. 👍👍7. WiFi is also good, no drop connection so far and connects faster than my A3 or even Samsung Galaxy. For real 🙂I could go on a bit more but I think you got the picture by now, it is a good phone, just not worth the price tag. Especially after Amazon adds in the tax. Booohoo NY tax. Otherwise I like it and will give it 3 stars for now, until I test it some more. Oh, I have not tried putting it in water or drop test. Only will do when I find out what the warranty covers 😁.... You can get one and try it out.Update 8/22/19:Had this phone for almost a month and discovered by test, that it does have a software glitch. Customer service offered a update but I guess Amazon won't pass your email to them, good security Amazon. Will return as it was misbehaving a bit more, especially before the return window closes. Would be good if they fix these issues, it's a good phone, well armored.

Ok for the money
First of all I think it's a great phone for the price works with Consumer Cellular with no problems connected through AT&t service.Now what I dislike about the phone.The power button sticks out too far and it is too easy to turn the phone off or on while handling.Unable to calibrate none of the sensors.The boot menu is all Chinese can't change it to English.The image quality of the photos is not good cuz it's photos come out grainy looking. If you want a better quality photo I would try another phone. Also the camera focuses way to slow. half the time it will not focus.The SIM card tray does not hold the SIM cards very well. It's too easy for the SIM card to pop out when inserting into the phone.The speakers on the back side doesn't have enough volume. Just like all other phones volume is too low he can adjust it any higher. I have the volume set as high as it'll go and I still can't hear it when it is in my pocket.Last but least t charger is European only no adapter for US plugs. Even though the charger will work on 120 volt you can't plug it in in the US plugs.

Difficulty of compatibility
Great phone with exception to the following. In the US Verizon and u.s. cellular choose not to recognize this as an acceptable phone. I was able to get mine working on the Verizon network after and exhausting effort. On the GSM networks you will likely only get 2g or 3-g speeds

My son Loved his New Phone!
My son had a previous version of this phone, but absolutely loves this one. Still getting use to the fingerprint reader, and I am proud of the waterproof! We will not test that...No he really loves this phone and I am sure he will get all the use out of it that he can.
