Q: Why is there no information or description about what this product does?

I think this is a relative new supplement. Very similar to Nattto kinase which brakes down fibrin that form into blood clots. Only this enzyme is 30 times more powerful and it can destroy biofilm. Its also similar to Serrapeptase the silk worm enzym but again several times more powerful. Personally I highly recommend it.

I am not sure, but the page does say this: "Dr Mercola's Proteolytic Enzyme Blend, Organic Rice Hull, Delayed Release Capsule (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Pectin) Medium Chain Triglycerides." so I would assume that the capsule is covered in something to delay the release.
