I've taken several of the Vital Earth Minerals products for several years, and have never been disappointed. All of their liquid products are naturally preserved with the addition of Humic minerals in every formulation, which also provides the benefits of Humic/Fulvic to each one. Compared to other Humic minerals I've tried, the Vital Earth brand has a cleaner, milder taste. And as a liquid, it's easy to ingest. I also feel a mild - not intense - boost of energy when I take it. By pairing this with my regular morning routine (green tea for caffeine, and nutritional shakes), I experience a smooth current of energy throughout the whole day.

Warning: it will turn everything brown, also the cap is not good and it spilled all over my car and my purse. Otherwise it has helped me a bit with my health. It doesn't change the taste for me.

I've taken other fulvic acid products and this one is pretty good. I just add it to a small glass of water. There is no taste. I do feel the cap full is too much so I cut it down to half or just take the cap full every other day.
