The green bone is not durable at all. My 6 month old lab chewed right through it in 10 minutes and we needed to take it away from her so she wouldn't swallow the small pieces. So far we've only used the stick tooth brush once but it hasn't fallen apart...yet. Will write more soon

The actual toothbrush piece is fantastic. It has withstood a lot of chewing from my cattle dog. HOWEVER, be warned: the bone chew toy is NOT durable. My dog started to chew it apart in only a few minutes and I had to grab pieces out of his mouth so he didn't swallow them.

I got to help my dogs teeth cleaning. However My dog won’t take to it. None of it. No matter what I put in it, she wants nothing to do with it. Which is Odd as she loves to chew everything.

May work with a big dog that is interested in this type of toy. But my dog completely ignores it. And it is too big for small breeds

This is amazing! Not only did it come with 2 different bones but it also came with toothbrush. My dog would NEVER let me come near him with toothpaste or a toothbrush. Since we have received this I have officially brushed half of his teeth lol and he has played several hours with the bone. It was easy to add toothpaste to the bone, and I had to add a little peanut butter to get him to bite the bone. Overall this was well worth it, and I highly recommended!

Didn’t work well for our 20 pound dog.

My husky has ignored this toy. I put toothpaste and peanut butter in the crevices as suggested. Maybe she's just too smart for this toy but she licked the toothpaste off and that was it. We're back to using the finger brush. This thing was useless.Also be aware that this listing is for Medium Dogs. The product listing title is misleading. One the item arrived the packaging stated that this is only for dogs 18- 25lbs. I basically just threw $20 in the trash.
