Get ready to scream
As others have mentioned. Putting this thing together is a lesson in frustration. The holes for the screws have fabric/leather/padding over the tops of them, and the screws themselves really go in by like 1-2 threads once you have the two washers in place. Some of the holes were basically impossible to get the screws into, even after trying for 15 minutes with two grown men brute forcing it.. The only way I got the screws in was to bust out the good ole Razor blade and partake in a small craft project of cutting away all of the fabric around the holes. And in two cases, even with that, I still couldn't get the screws in and had to resort to removing one of the washers. It should be noted I've put together well over a dozen office chairs of varying quality over the years and also consider myself an avid DIYer. This was absolute frustration and a curse filled experience... Even now that it is finally together, the chair leans to the side (again as others have said), I've heard a large pop/cracking noise at one point, and I believe I'm missing a cover piece for one of the sides (exposed bolts still visible and nothing left in the box for it). It's somewhat comfortable so far though albeit very stiff (the cushion is not soft by any means; rather rock hard). But the lumbar pillow and neck pillow I actually enjoy. At this point I think I could've saved $200 and just bought a couple of pillows for a few bucks for my old chair. Would definitely not recommend this to any friends.Edit: Just wanted to add that I received a very nice email from customer service after writing this review. The apologized and informed me that there was an error in the packaging and instructions and that the lock washers were not supposed to be used in assembly of this model. They say they have fixed in the issue in the next batch of chairs. Hopefully this means others won't have the issue in the future.

Not worth the price
Found this chair to be a disappointment in the following1) It claims to be leather seems to be vinyl2) The tap plates used to install the back to the seat cushion do not line up. I had to spend over a hour to get them to work and one was not even fully tapped out so I could not get the bolt to install at all until I re-tapped it. The plates, although covered with fabric, are rusted. I do not know what effect this will have on the fabric over time.3) When I opened the box everything inside it was full of dirt4) The chair itself has a very strong odor similar to a vinyl smell only very strong. As soon as you walk in the room it hits you5) For what you get this chair is way over priced!I purchased this chair looking for something with good back support and a nice sharp look for my computer station in that regard the chair seems to be working. However the chair has very limited padding, so overtime it may become hard guess only time will tell. Over all for what you get I would place this chair in the $80 to no higher then $100.00 dollar range (US). I would return this but with all the issues of trying to repack it and get it to a shipper would be a very large hassle.

Seller goes out of their way. Great chair. Assembly is really no harder than any other furniture you buy.
Here is some feedback on this chair and the assembly. I have had it for a couple of months now. When I first received this chair I didn't think it could be better for sitting in for long periods of time than the nice chair I already had. What a surprise. This chair really does the trick. There are other similar chairs out there and I will assume that the same can be said for the "racing gaming" chairs. Far better for long periods than a cushy office chair. I am 6'3" and 210 lbs. More than big enough. Seems more than durable as well and I see nothing of a hint for issues down the road.As far as set up goes I was contacted by the seller after purchasing and they told me there could be an issue with assembly and gave me a hint or two which really weren't needed, I just stayed with the originally intended directions. They went far out of their way to make sure I was satisfied and received a great product. I did not have any problems setting up the chair and assembly was easy. A couple of the screws were hard to get started and that really was it. In the end I did improve on a couple of the screw locations and went and purchased a few hex head bolts that I could tighten a bit more than the standard issue ones but not an issue.

need to punch my own holes in material, and minor damages.
Assembling this chair was not user friendly. There were no holes cut and preserved with grommets in the material. I had to find the screw holes through the material and then cut / punch the holes myself so that I could mount screws there. Also, the packaging was is in poor condition: the Styrofoam packing was shredded shoved deep inside the seat base hinges. There are several tiny spots where the color had been rubbed off, and one puncture in the backrest itself. The box was in such poor condition it shouldn't have been used in shipping.Once assembled the chair is moderately comfortable. The comfort will probably grow as I break it in. The arms wobble the slightest bit but the rest of the chair feels sturdy. The chair looks very nice and matches my black and orange build theme.
