***edit***I'm updating this review putting it back up to 5 stars because somehow the problem fixed itself? It's November now and it’s been very reliable, and I can't explain it. But I'm pleased. The customer service experience was fantastic, although I think there was a miscommunication at the end there, but since my product is now working fine, I chose not to follow up. Great dustbuster, I use it multiple times a day.***end of update***I absolutely loved this when I got it and used it multiple times a day. BUT I got it August 14th and by Sept 29th it would only last about 30 seconds after turning on, the whole time ramping down suction power. Really only enough time to quickly get some Cheerios from under the high chair before the power completely died. Fully charged battery. I'd say in the time I've had it, I've had to charge it maybe 3 or 4 times, a reasonable amount as I'm a heavy user. But very disappointed it is no longer functional. I'll update this review if I get this issue resolved.

This vacuum functioned satisfactory, not great, for 2 days, then lost suction. Amazon gave me the runaround and told me I had to contact the manufacturer, even though I'm a Prime Member and purchased a few days earlier through Amazon. The manufacturer took days to get back to me, then asked for a video of the vacuum in use. I sent it, several days passed, then received the same email requesting a video. I sent the video 4 times, with a several day wait between being contacted by the company. I eventually got tired of this, no further contact from manufacturer. I threw this piece of garbage out where it belonged, in the trash. Piece of junk product and manufacturer.

This is quite the handy little vacuum! It's small and portable enough to store in a vehicle for clean up of quick messes, and also just the right size for small jobs around the household.The big bonus about it is that the vacuum is cordless. I haven't personally ran the charge completely out yet. The suction on it is good - that to as what you would expect from a portable handheld cordless vacuum cleaner. It cleans up smaller messes and dust with ease. The reusable filter is easily accessible to be removed and rinsed under some running water. No replacements necessary! There is also a LED light on the vacuum which is handy for cleaning underneath car seats where it's dark and hard to see.This little vacuum is perfect for jobs around the house or to store in the vehicle. I would say it's a must have for any rideshare drivers out there. Clean up after those messy passengers!

I was hesitant to purchase this vacuum since ALL of the reviews were 5-star - seemed a little too good to be true. But I decided to give it a shot because I like the sleek design, the attachments, the carry bag and the light.I have never owned a handheld vac before, especially not battery operated, so maybe my expectations were too high. I wanted something to easily clean out my van since I have 4 kids and I clean it often to ensure it's not a disaster. So the thought of a handheld was appealing so I wouldn't have to lug my full size vacuum to the van so often.However, the suction was unimpressive. My kids rarely eat in the van, so we just had dirt, sand, a few leaves (no big food pieces)... nothing too challenging to pick up. So I figured it would be easy to clean. Even so, I had to go over the floor several times, and I could still visibly see dirt that was left behind.I do believe the battery lasts for 30 min., but unfortunately since I had to go over each area so many times, by the time I finished the trunk and the third row of seating, the battery was dead. I still had to do the first two rows + all four car seats, so we did not even come close to finishing our van in one run. I do not have the time to spend an hour an a half (plus charging in between) to do a basic vacuum on our van, so this was a big deal breaker for me.Needless to say, after one disappointing use, I cleaned and reboxed the unit to send back. It just will not work at all for my purposes.

Works well, good suction, not too noisy. The only minor quibble: the led light is good, but does not quite shine where the suction tip is, several inches ahead of it so you kind of have to chase the illuminated area if it's very dark.. Came with a "Super VIP Warranty Card"; if you fill it out, take a pic, and email to them, you get a free LifeTime Warranty, full refund or free new replacement. Since these type of vacs never to seem to last a lifetime, it seems like a good thing...time will tell, right? This replaced a Black & Decker that just quit holding a charge (15 seconds doesn't do much) after about 2.5 years (past 2 year warranty) - liked it well enough, but with Cyber Monday pricing ($12 off), it was worth a try. No regrets at this point.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this vacuum for my Car and Desktop PC. The package came well. The Vaccum suction power is great, I clean my keyboard, monitor edges, and car dashboard. All get cleaned well. The vacuum is well-built, It came with 3 attachments, 1 extension pipe, a Carry Bag, and a charging adapter. The vacuum is portable and fits well in carry bag along with extensions it came. The battery life is ok 3 to 4 hours I notice. There is Light on/off switch which I am not sure when I am really going to use. If I have to suggest some improvements then need more extensions, colors, battery life more, and a vacuum noise level a little low. Overall good vacuum according to the size and good suction power I would say.

We bought this vacuum in April 2022 to stay in our camper. We go 3-5 times per year. This year it will not charge at all. I have left it on charge for 24 hours and it will not turn on. Basically we used this vacuum MAX 15 times and we are having to get rid of it. If you won’t a disposable vacuum, buy this one. If you want to get your money’s worth, buy something different.
