The mug is nice and I bet it would keep things nice and hot or cold better if the top would waiting to fit on the container.The lid simply does not stay on and it makes the cup almost unusable. Which is unfortunate because I love the handle and the color.Update: The seller contacted me and advise me to get a new lid and they would reimburse me for the lid I had which I did and I have it on my cup now and it fits great, nice and tight.

I love the cup it keeps my coffee hot for a long period of time. My only complaint is 8 days after my return window closed my most used lid that I can use my straws with busted. I always hand wash my cups and lids so maybe it was just a deflective one. I still give the cup high reviews because the lid only effects how I can use my cup now.

First, it’s my favorite color teal. Second the idea that it actually came with two straws. One bent, one straight, and a straw cleaning brush made it that much more attractive and I definitely have to say it does keep my drinks cold, and it keeps my drinks hot. When I go to bed at night, I Philadelphia with ice water and put ice in it and in the morning there’s ice still in it when I make a hot drink five or six hours later it is still pretty little hot I really like my cup

It was gifted to me the first time by my mother in law but it got lost so I BOUGHT IT AGAIN it is soooo gooooood it does an amazing job keeping your cool things cool and it's so easy to carry with the add ONS, I love that it comes with different lids and that it comes with the metal straws AND the straw cleaner tool DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND

This was a gift . They color was loved. The different uses appreciated; sealable, keeps fluids hot or cold for hours. Handle is comfortable when cup is full. As the gift giver I appreciated the lower cost compared to similar items.

Love the color. Keeps ice for a whole day. The only negative is the self-sticking silicone pad for the bottom. It isn't big enough to cover the whole bottom of the cup, which makes it even more top heavy with the cup being so tall. It tips over more easily sitting on the smaller pad area. The cup works great, just buy a separate silicone boot to use with it instead. The boot makes it more stable plus protects the sides of the cup from being scratched.

Does exactly what it says it supposed to do. My coffee stays hot for over six hours and that is awesome.

Two drawbacks: still top heavy and so kind of unstable and it doesn't fit into coffee maker uprightOrdered black looks great but doesn't take much to scratch it if it drops

This cup insulates hot drinks very well, and works nicely for cold drinks too. The flip top lid broke on the first use, but it is still usable if you're gentle about it.

Needed a togo mug, ordered this thinking it looked pretty good, sooooooo very happy I did, love this mug . Would be great as a prezzy but Im not willing to give mine away, would def recommend

Keeps drinks cold for more than 24 hours. Ice was still there well into next day. Ideal for travel down south.

Love my cup. I can make it the evening before and it still is ice in the morning .plus it's half the price of other cups but works just as good .

I love my cup so much I use it for ice water and it keeps my ice water cold for a very long time it says it keeps it cold up to 24 hours it dosent but it is a very good bottle and very affordable for the price just wish it would have keep my drinks cold for 24 hours like it says
