I used two of these devices for a basement apartment that has a lot of bugs. I think they definitly helped regulate it! I leave it on the blue setting and turn it up to the highest setting when I leave. The noise WILL bother you at the highest level which made me feel better because it probably will annoy the bugs and rats. After using these on their own, I also used RAID and ortho bug sprays. Both the kind that kill on contact and act as a barrier. Use these things together and you will be happy!

I just got mine yesterday evening. I plugged them in immediately. In the morning I noticed about 15 flies against a window on the other side of the room trying to get out. I had no idea my house had so much fly traffic! Still not sure if that happened because of the pest repeller or it was just a coincidence.One thing I'm wondering about is that mines are producing an audible noise while still in color green which is supposed to mean "low frequency" and it's supposed to be inaudible to humans or pets. My pets have not shown any sign of discomfort thou (dogs and cat).If it wasn't for the audible permanent noise, I would give 5 stars. My second device is not audible so far so I'm thinking about returning the audible one.

Don’t buy! These kind of devices are no good for pests not out in the open. The box clearly states sound will not penetrate walls or ceilings. I had it running in my RV for weeks and tried every setting and still had a mouse problem. Trapping is the only thing to do.

I don't know if it works, and I won't get a chance to find out. This thing is built in such a way that it blocks the second socket.

They were too big to fit in the socket that has a cover on them. I cannot vouch for how they work. I tried them for the deck-they are not made for outdoor use but I intended to bring them in after each use.

I wasted $26. Plugged it in above my kitchen counter where I’ve been finding rat droppings. I’m still finding rat droppings within 4 inches of your product you scammed me on. IT DOES NOT WORK!

Love it! Have not seen a nat since I plugged it in. I live by woods so they were everywhere in my kitchen
