Upholstered Velvet Loveseat 59" inch with Ottoman/Foot Stool (Red)

I knew this wouldn't be a real well put together piece of furniture. Not for the price. I was looking for something that all my animals could sit on with me as I have five dogs and they all like to sit with me or nap with me. I just wanted something that wasn't expensive and would take a bit of a beating. That being said. The sofa serves it's purpose, there have been a few issues that it came with i.e. broken leg that needs to be replaced on the ottoman, hinge ripped out of the top of ottoman that had to have longer screws to put it back together. The way the legs are put on is a pain in the butt. They should have just put screws in the the legs and we could have screwed them on. But it's okay, the color is very pretty (I got purple) and it will do for now. Not a bad buy for the price.

Amazing. Took 3 minutes to put together, everything was assembled besides screwing the legs on and putting the cushions on. It’s sturdy, comfy, the cushions velcro so they’re not sliding all over the place. Not as helpful to others but it’s exactly what I was looking for! The size is perfect for our room and the style is modern but classic! The ottoman even has a good amount of storage!

I KEEP THIS SET FOR 4 MONTHS AND DONATED TO THE SALVATION ARMY. THE LEGS ON THE OTTOMAN AND SOFA KEEP TURNING, I HAD TO REPLACE THEM . THIS WAS A BIG WASTE OF MONEY. ITS NICE TO LOOK AT, BUT IF YOU PLANNING ON USING IT.....FOR GET IT.

Horrible product and horrible customer service. I tried to return product a few months ago as I had found something different. Seller wanted me to pay shipping. AFTER I HAD PAID $250 for this piece of garbage. Mind you, I didn’t realize how much trash it actually was until TONIGHT. Shopping would have been a third of the selling price!! I decided to finally put just the ottoman together tonight. BAD DECISION. The screws for the legs are stripped on 3 of the legs..... no way to fix that. Then I set it upright and was going to put it against the wall (in defeat, I paid $250 for this!) and the runner feet came off 2 legs! Ugh. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!! Cheap and disfunctiinal product and absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never!!!

Legs and side fell apart after less than 3 months. Seller will not exchange, repair or return. Amazon says tough luck. If it ever comes back into stock don't bother and look out for copy cat items under different names.

This product fell apart after just a few months with minimal use. The seller would do nothin because it was beyond 30 days. This seller doesn’t believe their product will last longer than 30 day. Pathetic!
