I am a pretty cheap person, but this is worth every penny. When you are making a Chinese dish, Japanese soy sauce is just missing something. And it's almost impossible to find a good GF Chinese-style soy sauce. This one is amazing - has the right umami type flavor and is fantastic just with plain steamed rice, which is my test for a good soy sauce. Try it, you'll be back!

I bought both the sweet and sour and General Wu's sauce. I absolutely love the General Wu’s sauce on chicken. I now only buy this sauce and use it in place of barbeque sauce. My entire family loves dipping french fries in it. You have to give it a try! The flavors in the sweet and sour sauce are amazing. I especially like adding this to pork and chicken. My family also enjoys drizzling this on salad greens. If you like sweet and sour sauce you are going to love this!

Low sodium compared to most, great flavor. For dietary restrictions, I can't use without diluting, but the flavor seems to remain along with fewer mg's of sodium enough for most recipes. Definitely something I can work with.

The product itself is good, but it took forever to deliver it! Don’t recommend using this company!

We bought these mainly because we were looking for Asian sauces with more natural ingredients and these were recommended. Couldn't be happier with the decision! We've used the bbq style sauce for marinating meat and it came out really well! In addition, I've never had such a distinct soy sauce. We used it on top of home made congee, where you could really let the soy sauce be a defining flavor.

I love the product, but Amazon broke one of the bottles in shipment!

this was so easy to use. I originally bought it for my sushi, but started to use it on my stir fry. it was so good. now I find that as a dipping sauce it is smooth and really nice flavor. can't wait to try the rest of their product lines. i suggest trying them!
