The unit works fine and was cheaper than the original company quote.

Looks diff. than the orig. but works right.

The product worked nicely with my Back 2 Life product. The only issue, which isn’t a big issue at all, is that it doesn’t fit snug. After the machine has been running for a few minutes, the plug starts to become detached. But others than that, I’m satisfied.

Worked as advertised

Plugged the adapter into the outlet and there were sparks between the adapter and outlet. This is dangerous. This could of caused a fire. I purchased this adapter before for my back 2 life and it was ok. Not sure what they have done with their product now but I won't buy from them again.

It brought my Back 2 Life back to life.

The description of this item stated it was compatible with Back2Life model GPU 482101000. . .I plugged it in. Nice fit. Turned on the machine. Nothing seemed to happen. Tried again. A second or so later, smelled an acrid odor. Then everything in the room went out. It tripped my circuit breaker. The unit was HOT afterwards for quite some time. Checked the label to ensure I was sent the correct item. I was. This item is NOT compatible with my Back2Life machine.Fortunately, it did not damage any equipment in my home.This may work for others, but it does not work on a standard 110v, 20 amp outlet.Given the above, I was not willing to try it elsewhere, as in my view, this is very dangerous.What really annoys me is that instead of issuing me a refund, Amazon says "upon review from the seller, if they agree, I will be issued a refund". You know what? Wrong!!! I WILL be issued a full refund and they should just be thankful it didn't damage my equipment!!I would be very careful ordering this item.And . . . if Amazon is not willing to stand behind the items being sold on their website, they should not allow them to be sold here. I have never seen this message on the website. I am a Prime Member and I am NOT happy.

So happy to have my Back to life going again!It powers it, what more could you want from a power supply?

This is for a T-Power AC to 21VAC adaptor, purchased Nov 2019, received Dec6: So far is OK, but came labelled as in the photo, incorrectly. This is supposed to be 21 VAC, model number as shown in the amazon page is "AC/AC Adaptor", but I received one labelled model number "T-UV-ACAC-21-1"; well OK, "ACAC" looks encouraging, but below is the international symbol for the output plug, showing it polarized +/-, and more disturbing, with the horizontal line above dotted line symbol for DC voltage, instead of the ~ for AC. So, I got out my meter to see: I found the output 0 VDC, 25.7 VAC - this is OK for a 21VAC supply into an open circuit, and no DC offset, so we're good. Happy I didn't have to send it back. But the mislabelling will be a problem. Those without a meter will be thinking the shipment is in error, and if it sits around people's homes in a drawer with other adaptors, someone will plug it in to something and destroy it with the AC output. So, this needs correcting. I will doctor the label on mine with white-out and a sharpie.

I believe that I sent this before, the adapter is excellent if this unit would come with the back to life machine I wouldn't be on my third and hopefully last cord since I bought my machine about 8 years ago!
