If you have kids (then you know) and you want them to be a little healthier than what their terrible limited diet of waffles and cheese sandwiches will give them, it's nice to know that there's a chewable vitamin that they will take on their own with you having to force it down their throat like trying in vain to give a cat a pill...You don't have to hide this brand in food as you do with cats and pills, the kids like them enough to take them on their own and that's just one less thing to worry about!

Just a note to be aware, the NutriStars are slightly different in flavor than the Kids One Stars, even though both claim a fruit punch flavor. These NutriStars are yellow, and these have a bit more of a Flintstone vitamin flavor to them. The Kids One Stars are green and taste a little earthier too, a bit more like the adult Rainbow Light vitamins. I purchased these because we ran out of the Kids One Stars and they were out of stock on Amazon at the time, so I thought this would be an unnoticeable switch. However my 2-year-old is in a very picky phase, and wouldn’t eat the “new star”. So, I’m currently awaiting another bottle of Kids One Stars.Just to be clear, there is NOTHING wrong with this vitamin. And if youre a parent currently feeding your child Flintstones or the like and are looking for a healthier, food-based alternative, I think this would be perfect for you. But if you have a picky 2-year-old who’s already eating the green Stars, just stick with those.

I purchased these vitamins looking for a non-gummy, low sugar daily vitamin for my 2 year old. She eats a varied diet, but I wanted to start her on a vitamin as a backup for any gaps. I like that I can provide 1 tablet for an under 4 serving.She has been taking one of these each day for about a week with breakfast. We've received no complaints from her about taste. She has no trouble chewing the vitamin. She asked for a second one for the first few days until she caught on to the one per day message we gave her.I had no issues with discoloration or odd smell from the product. To me, they smell like vitamins. I tried one myself, they tasted similar to the chewable vitamins I took as a child with less sweetener. So, not as good as a gummy vitamin but still palatable for a toddler.I ordered these in March of 2018 and the package I received expires in Oct 2019.

I originally found these at whole foods but have since moved to buying them on here .... If you look at the ingredients alone this are little bites of healthy life 😂 I even sneak them at times but I love knowing I have given my tribe the best of the best

My kids have been taking the Nutristar vitamins ever since they could chew them with no complaints. They are pretty picky eaters (hence the need for a vitamin) and have no issues with taste. Granted, aside from the awful tasting Poly-vi-sol with iron, my kids have only had this brand of vitamin.Here and there, they've arrived broken, but that's more of a matter of rough package handling from Amazon rather than an issue with the vitamins themselves.

My kid loves this! We give her stars as daily rewards for listening and doing things right. Will purchase again. Great balance of vitamins, minerals, iron & probiotics.

My kid couldnt get past the "Vitamin-y" taste of these. We got through about 3 days of asking him to eat these, and hes not a picky guy and will eat just about anything, but he was always hesitant and would moan and groan about it. On the 4th day, he cried. I stopped. And now I'm a 50 year old woman eating kids vitamins because I dont want them to go to waste...lol

I am giving 3 stars because the packaging poses a risk. The top is not childproof and comes off without having to engage pushing it down to twist off. We store the vitamins up high away from reach but that doesn’t mean accidents can’t happen! Be careful with this package!The vitamin is easily chewed and my little one loves the flavor.
