Favorite overnight oats
This is one of my favorite gluten-free peanut free vegan products. Makes great overnight oats, cereal and I’ve used it to make small cakes as well. The flavors are great and the quality is high. The ingredients are very pure and value for the money is good.

10oz is just not enough
This stuff is so good the 10oz bag is just not enough! I usually buy the 20oz but this is all that was available.. this cereal is so good I just need it in bulk! It fits in so well with my low carb diet!

Quality ingredients- make the best muesli muffins!
After using this product in a different way, I had to update my review. The oats in this granola are not toasted, so they don't work well for me as a yogurt topping. I hadn't tried a muesli granola before, and didn't realize the non-toasted oats are the norm for that style. The oats are very soft and flavorful, and I can tell that high quality ingredients were used. Definitely a quality, health-minded product, just not my personal taste preference as a yogurt topping. HOWEVER, not wanting to waste the obviously high-quality ingredients, I decided to use it to make gluten-free muesli muffins. The results were amazing- very flavorful and satisfying. My new go-to breakfast to keep on hand for busy mornings. Will definitely be buying this product again.

Our favorite Muesli!
Love Seven Sundays! Most often, I mix the blueberry chia with yogurt and bananas or raspberries and let it soak on my way to work, then eat it when I arrive. Perfect, quick, healthy meal that keeps me full until lunch. We also LOVE the cocoa and coconut and vanilla cherry pecan flavors. As a nursing mom of 2, I have been eating massive quantities of the Seven Sundays muesli squares. There are many late nights and early mornings where I am up nursing and NEED something to eat. The muesli squares are quick, easy, filling, and most importantly I know I am fueling myself and my baby with whole grains and protein. You can easily eat the squares with one hand in the dark without waking anybody up :) We stash them in our diaper bag and backpacks for snacks on the go. My favorite are the banana toasted pecan and the blueberry lemon chia!

Fresh. My favorite flavor
I really like this muesli. I haven't had muesli for many years, but I have a tendency toward food that is less sweet, including breakfast cereals, so this seemed like it would be right up my alley. I'm the kid who liked Shredded Wheat, Corn Flakes and plain Cheerios while the others had Frosted Flakes and Lucky Charms, so take my opinion with that in mind. The ingredients are fresh and the texture is exactly what I expected -- note that this is raw and not cooked like most granolas. The Bircher variety has a nice flavor of cinnamon. I can't pick out the apple flavor, but I enjoy it regardless. I like mine mixed with a cup of thick yogurt, or soaked overnight in milk and then warmed up.Although it says "unsweetened," it does contain dates and sorghum flakes. I know dates are pretty sweet and sorghum must have a high level of natural sweetness to it since they make syrup out of it. But, there is no high fructose anything, cane sugar, or honey.
