Kitchen Kahuna Silicone Easy Arthritis Jar Opener Get Lids Off – Red

I was very disappointed after reading the remarks made by others saying how great this jar opener worked. I have arthritis in my hands and was unable to open any of the jars or bottles in my frig. Was not large enough to open a wide mouth Mason jar and I squashed a plastic water bottle I tried to open. Maybe it works on a limited type of jar, but I sure didn't have one in my kitchen.

Yes the Comfort Correction Brace arrived, I wore it for two days and my arms in front of chest were raw from rubbing. So discontinued for a couple of days. Will try it again tomorrow and wear for only about 4 hours just to brake it in. I am having trouble putting on the garment and need help from another person to help me adjust tension. So far so good and hope it helps me to stand up straight.Also the Coumadin cookbook looks very interesting. Am looking forward to the info for healthy meals.The Jar opener is such a terrific help to open any type of jar.Also the Tamarac Slippers are very comfortable for my husband as he lounges around ;)

Once I figured out exactly how it worked, it was ok. Since I have nerve damage in my right hand, it was a little difficult for me since it's so flexible. The last one I had was a hard plastic with the rubber grips, it was definitely easier for me to use than this one, but the drawback was when I tried to open a larger jar that was stuck, the plastic frame broke. I was hoping this one would be better, not sure yet, the jury is still out.

This thing doesn't work for me. I saw my sister use something similiar at her house on a jar but I can't seem to figure out how to make these work for me. And I've tried. Running the lid under hot water, then wrapping it in a dish towel and using all my strength to unscrew the top works better.

This product is a waste of time. There is no strength to the opener, it does not fit anything properly, and you are better off using your hands.

Okay - but not for all lids.

Perfect for those of us who have a hard time opening bottles.

I've had one for years and ordered this one as a gift.
