Didn't stay cool in an air-conditioned mall
It's not really "amazing."I used this liner in the stroller for the first time today (in about 80F weather), and it was fine at first. But then my baby fell asleep in the stroller when we were at an indoor mall. After about an hour, I picked her up and felt that her back was sweaty. Then I felt the liner and it was warm where she was sitting, emitting heat. And then I thought "Of course!" In some of the company's responses to these Amazon reviews, they say that the pad is not meant to have prolonged exposure to heat, and that if it's more than 86F outside, you should refrigerate it first. But out of necessity, the liner is going to have prolonged exposure to your child's +96F body. So your child's body heat gets absorbed by the liner, and the liner is unable to continue keeping your child cool. It's only good if your child is on the liner for a few minutes at a time, but certainly not for an hour. I decided to strap my daughter to me with a carrier and let the liner cool down again. After about another hour, it was cool enough to put her back in for our trip home. So, yeah, it's not magic, but it's also not even reasonably close to the claims that it will keep your baby from getting sweaty in mild temperatures. It's fine. Maybe not worth $50. If they could drop about $20 off the price, I'd say it's worth it.Also, for anyone checking, I used this in an Uppababy Vista. It fits perfectly.UPDATED 7/14/14: I've used this several more times since writing this review (in an Uppababy Vista and G-Luxe), and I stand by my rating. It keeps cool for a little while, but then absorbs the heat from my baby. And between her body and the stroller, there's nowhere for the heat to go. So she does eventually become more uncomfortable than with no liner at all. We just keep her on the Geleeo until it becomes too warm, and then we remove it. It's kind of a pain, but it cools down again after about half an hour and you can put it back in the stroller. (Alternately, you could just keep your baby/child out of the stroller for a while until it cools. But you'd have to do this every 40 minutes or so.)I also tried refrigerating it. When you do that, it can be uncomfortably cold for your baby at first, and the condensation is a bit much. So you have to set down a towel or something to absorb the moisture.I found that the best use for it is not in the stroller at all. On a warm day, we've had her nap on it (supervised). And since she moves around a bit, the heat doesn't get trapped, so it's been able to keep her cool only when laying it flat off of the stroller. But I'm still sticking with the 3-star rating because this just doesn't perform as claimed when using it as a stroller liner.

Excellent way to bring comfort to your child in warm conditions.
**Update***We just returned from Disney World Florida after having spent a week in 95+ temperatures. We used 2 of these in our City Mini GT stroller for the duration of our stay and they worked great. As per some of the other reviews, the pads eventually became saturated with heat and needed to be 'recharged' but this was after 3hrs or so in the parks. Leaving them in direct sunlight exacerbated the issue and made them difficult to use, however, this is no different to the seat itself so I wouldn't say it was a flaw. I placed them in our cooler that had ice and cold water in it and they were really cold within 5 mins or so. If you are aware of the physics of how this product works then it is a really easy process to get it working consistently over the course of a day / afternoon. The only complaint we had was the difficulty in folding the stroller up with these on, you can do it but its easier to just pull them off.As a tip, if you are going to the Parks or a hot day for a prolonged period, pop them in the fridge to cool them off or periodically placed them in a cooler and you will have a really comfortable cool pad all day.We purchased 1 of these as an experiment based on some limited reviews we found. We were not expecting it to be a miracle cooling product but had hoped that it would help in the overall scheme of things. We were not let down. The material is not drastically 'cold' to the touch, and it isn't designed to be. However, if you keep your skin on it for a few seconds you can definitely feel the temperature differential between the Gel Liner and ambient air temp. This differential gives a great cooling effect and given the large surface area of the liner it really makes a difference to the comfort of your child. We liked it so much that we purchased an additional one so both children have them for our impending vacation. The fact they are reversible in color makes it easy to differentiate between who's is who's (1 boy 1 girl). I will update the review post Disney for a real hardcore review!

We needed to take her out for about 15-20mins for the gel to cool down in an airconditioned room
Used in NYC during summer (low 80s), walked for about 8 short blocks & the gel pad where baby's back was is warm. Apparently, body heat is transferred to the padding. We needed to take her out for about 15-20mins for the gel to cool down in an airconditioned room. For me, this brings short-term comfort (as in, a few blocks only) and defeats the purpose of keeping her cool throughout the walk. Returned said product.Prior to this, we also tried the Meeno. Which performed even poorer than this. Left baby's back sweaty. Returned that as well.We are now going to try out Manito. Will write a review after a few uses.

Used at Disney in July.
I bought this to use in my City Mini stroller for my 1 year old on our trip to Disney in July. It fit great. It only worked about 4 hours, but it was in the 90's outside. I took it out (easy to do) and folded it in half. I put it in a plastic grocery bag and stuck that in my cooler bag for 1 hour while we did an air conditioned ride and went to lunch. I put it back on the stroller and it lasted another couple hours. She gets pretty hot in that stroller, so this was a great purchase.

Great
We live where it gets as hot as 114 degrees during the day. I use this on a regular basis. My daughter seems more comfortable when we use it during the day. I keep it in a cool dry place (in the closet) when I store it. I haven't found that I need to freeze it or anything to use it. I however highly suggest against leaving it in the hot car. The gel inside can get hot. Other than that we love it.

Wouldn’t necessarily recommend
Not sure if this ever actually did anything. I followed directions and it still managed to get lumpy and warped. Wouldn’t recommend

it really is a good product during summer
true to its description, it really is a good product during summer, it keeps my son cool and he sweats less since I bought this for him. It fits all the stroller that he has. It's very easy to clean and very durable.
