daiyo Origami, Tokuyo Wagara Chiyogami (Y500-1), 7.5 cm x 7.5 cm, 30 Patterns, 10 Piece

It's cheap, commercial origami paper, sure. It's not total bottom of the barrel, though, and while lightweight, that's not a bad thing for smaller creations. The patterns are such that they can be used to interesting effect depending on the design - unlike some patterned paper, which is just universally distracting and doesn't enhance anything - and there's enough of each to allow for experimentation. You'll get some mileage out of this pack.

There are a couple patterns that get a little redundant, as the patterns are just repeated in a different color, but the wrapping advertises that honestly, so that's really just me nitpicking. There are some classic patterns mixed in with a couple others, the paper is of course blank on the other side. Compared to other paper I've used (admittedly one color as opposed to patterned) it's a little more delicate, I'm a little worried at how it begins to wrinkle at the point where multiple creases intersect.

This is my first order for Origami Paper. I like the fact that there are 300 sheets, because it gives me plenty to fold and practice on since I'm a beginner. I love the different designs, because you get a great variety of colors and patterns. Patterns are only printed on one side, but that doesn't bother me at all. I've been able to fold quite a bit of beginner designs, and this paper is strong and folds easily. I'm really happy with this paper, and I look forward to folding more designs.

Make sure you realize when people mention the size this is VERY small paper. Exactly the same size as a sticky note pad, actually. The paper is thin and easy to fold. I love it. And I love the variety of patterns. Each of the circles on the front of the package are true representations the paper inside. I think there are 10 sheets of each design.

I wish I could have seen all of the patterns. There are a lot of very bright (almost neon) colors that aren't for me but might be for someone else. The paper texture is fine and ultimately this serves its purpose.

I liked the patterns that I received however the item was not as described. My paper only came with 10 patterns (30 sheets each). Photo attached of what I received (and ended up returning because I would have preferred to get the item depicted).

Not as pictured. The designs aren't the same as shown in the photo and there aren't nearly 30. The paper is easy to fold and thin enough for a variety of projects, but I wanted more designs, and there's not much color variety. Maybe they sent the wrong item, but whatever the case, my item wasn't as pictured at all.

The origami papers are good quality and the designs are quite nice. All designs shown on the picture are included inside. I didn't count so I'm not sure if there really is the right amount of sheets.
