The craftsmanship of this product is very high quality and the detail is beautiful. I thought at first it would be too heavy but the weight is not uncomfortable and actually helps hold it in place. I work at the hospital and I can't tell you how many times the cheap plastic ones have come flying off when I retract it to scan in med room or restricted areas of the hospital. I also have coworkers that are constantly losing theirs when moving patients etc because they did not feel them come off. Also got tired of the retractable part breaking after several uses. This one is made of good quality materials and it stays put. I get complements on it all the time and I believe it will give me years of use. Very pleased with this product.

Beautiful name badge holder. A little heavy and weighs down some scrub tops but very artful and well made thus far.
