When it works, its great- but started facing issues within 18 months of use
I really like using this keyboard which I bought in July 2023. I use it on Macbook pro. I love using it when it works and when it doesn't, it's really annoying.Lately I see a lag and sometimes I keep typing but nothing happens on the screen. I have to remove the usb and plug in other usb ports or random things like switching the keyboard on/off. By the time I get frustrated, it starts working usually but I am not sure if I can afford this issue regularly. All this seems to happen randomly and I am not able to figure the issue.I don't see a way for me to claim any warranty. It an expensive keyboard and it should have some warranty or mechanism to get it checked if it starts acting up.Please let me know if the company offers any solution to such issues. Otherwise it definitely not worth investing this amount in this product. Warranty is important, so it seems now.
