Salsa Chilli Kit includes Guajillo, Chipotle and Pasilla chillies in the right quantities to produce one batch (equivalent to 4 pots worth) of great tasting Mexican style salsa. You will need other ingredients to complete the recipe as follows: 500g ripe tomatoes, 1 onion, 1-2 cloves of garlic (depending on your palate), ½ lime, 40-50g coriander leaf (optional) salt and sugar.
