Works great
Only one I've seen at our local pool but it works great- I'm confident in pool personally but my grown daughter not so much and she really liked this- also I think I'll use it to chase my granddaughter who has down syndrome- she needs somebody right with her and this will keep me from tiring out without having to hang onto it if that makes sense- granddaughter always wears a floaty and she is busy!

Can’t do without a neckdoodle
My child with muscular dystrophy uses a neck doodle in the pool. It keeps her head out of water but, unlike other “devices,” it allows her stand upright and stretch her legs and sort of walk in the pool….things she can NOT do on land. Other neck supports for the pool end up making her float on her back which doesn’t achieve the goal for us. We love neckdoodle and this is our third one. (They last several years for us and we swim multiple times a week.)

Great if you have neck issues
Love My Neckdoodles. This last one is not as big. Like the big one better. Also the big one split so I hope this one won't. It really gives me good support. My water aerobics instructor told me about it. I bought the first one, and it is splitting at the top of the neck..... But I can't exercise without it it really gives me protection. HOWEVER. The price has gone up a lot. I would own another to keep in the car when I go to aerobics, but the cost has kept me from getting another one. I hope that they will drop the cost back down.

I use for extended leg exercises
I also use as a resistance exercise for my legs. I stand in water and balance my foot in horseshoe area then, while keeping my leg straight, I gradually lower then come back up with my leg. Be careful not to overextend or come up too fast. I also use in swim spa while sitting on seat using both feet to lower and raise legs as a gentle resistance exercise. I will be ordering another one to use with strapping two together to increase resistance when using both feet. Very helpful devise for all kinds of exercises.

I love it, as I have a neck disk problem
This is my second one, the first one actually began cracking. So store it carefully, I think I had it in too tight a bag. It then lost its ability to hold my neck. I love it, as I have a neck disk problem, and can only swim on my back with the neck doodle. Prior to finding this, I tried to make a neck float, and was almost chocked to death my my contraption. Love it, I swim 45 minutes 3 to 4 times a week, (i'm going to be 79 this month), and my rest stroke are on my back. My NEKDOODLE, makes my swim rest time great.

Undecided but hopeful
I'm giving this three stars in anticipation of enjoying it in the pool. It fits snugly around your neck and it's nice and soft. However, when I removed it from it's plastic bag, it had a funky, musty odor and I see what looks like a bit of brown mildew in the neck opening. I'm hoping it goes away once it gets dunked in some chlorinated water. It's as if it was packaged still wet. It's also kind of sticky-feeling. The little insert that came with it said not to stack these on top of each other without returning them to the bag they came in (I'm sure they'd stick together and maybe damage the finish) but I can't imagine getting it back into the flimsy bag. And it also says it has a 5-year warranty, but not against mildew.

Exercise core- not worth it
Great way to work your core in the pool!.... well they are great for working out...mine already have little cracks in the red where you can see the foam. They are too expensive to buy new ones monthly! Won't let me upload photos
