pinpointer-2019 Design Metal detectors for Adults Kids with Belt Holster, Fully Waterproof Pinpointer-Orange

For what this pinpointer costs, I really don't believe you need to look much further. It's my first pinpointer and BOY does it do its job. I live on a property that was first inhabited around 1880, so during the COVID quarantine I bought a detector but soon realized I needed a pinpointer. After weighing the pros and cons over multiple brands, including those well known detector companies, I settled on this one and couldn't be more pleased. It helped me locate a silver quarter (1953), a silver ring and my very first INDIAN HEAD PENNY (1891). If you're just a hobbiest like me, buy this pinpointer.

This does what it should for a great price.I seldom use a metal detector (own a cheap no-name version, so am new to pin-pointers.Learned that pin pointers are almost useless for LOCATING anything (other than as a stud finder).This can ping on a dime or larger object in a closed fist, but it needs to almost touch smaller stuff (why it is called a pin pointer) . I was able to find a 1" long bolt in the grass, only by dragging pointer edge almost in the dirt.But it shined when finding a tiny screw that I intentionally sucked into my bagless vacuum.This buzzes when close to something, rather than waving by it,I think this would do well at the beach, but you would miss a lot if panning for gold.

Sure, it's not a Garrett, or a White's, but for $35 you can't go wrong. The side scan option on it doesn't work too well, but then again I don't use that feature often, I mean that's what our big metal detectors are for. The pinpointer is pretty decent though, I'm happy with that feature, it definitely saves a lot of time looking for buried goodies. It works great underwater, but of course it's difficult to hear, thankfully it vibrates solidly. I will certainly buy this again if this one craps out, I mean for $35 you just can't beat it with a stick! Five stars, good product, functions great.

This pinpointer works very well. As well as a high dollar version. A good price as well. Only rated at 4 since pictures in its advert show a diver, but it’s basically just splash proof, which is fine.EDIT: After using this pinpointer, I still like it. However, I did get the chance to use a Garrett pin pointer last week. Very big difference. Improved sensitivity, louder or can be silenced to vibrate only. I did order the Garrett, but will keep this one as a spare/backup. As before, for the money, it performs sufficiently.

The pinpointer works just as well as the ad claims. I have used it for about a month now, and it works perfectly every time. You can find your target much faster using this pinpointer versus just a metal detector alone. It seems to have pretty good depth, and it beeps faster the closer you get to the target. My son and I commonly remark that it could find a needle in a haystack.

My daughter and I went looking in her yard that has never had a metal detector run over it, we found all kinds of junk and this pinpointer found every thing that my Tracker 4 detected and even some things so small that we would have never seen it with just our eyes Her kids even got in on the fun and the pinpointer proved it was worth the money. She even found some things just running the thing over the ground where I had not been with the Tracker. We had a lot of fun and that is the very reason I ordered it. They are going to the beach later this year and can't wait to go looking there.

Amazing tool at a great price. Sturdy enough to dig with and great underwater too. Beeps and vibrates faster as metal becomes closer. This is a must have to pinpoint detections of your main metal detector. Cost is a fraction of a Garrett.

I was afraid my 2 grandsons wouldn't like them because they looked more like a flashlight. But holycow they were the absolute #1 hit for Christmas. Now I am buying 2 more for their visiting cousins to add to the Easter egg hunt festivities. (actually I'm sure it's my 12 year grandsond who has figured out that we will have to put money in the plastic eggs to make this work)

Decepcionante, el artículo dice que detecta metales hasta 20 cm de profundidad, pues escondí una moneda para probarlo, abajo de un cojín , muy cerca del pin pointer y no la detectó, hice varias pruebas con cosas súper cerca, y ya hasta que las tocabas sonaba, pero no te va a ayudar a encontrar nada sino es que prácticamente lo encuentras tú, qué caso tiene ?? Pésimo producto y la información que dicen es incorrecta
