Yes, the intake flow can be adjusted as mine slowed down over time as well. Turn the little black lever near top of tubing.

Can we get a replacement resin vase/jar? Ours cracked and we can get it sealed.

No, there’s nothing to prevent it from clogging but it’s very easy to clean/maintain. It’s such a beautiful fountain for the garden that it’s worth the inconvenience, which in reality takes maybe 5 minutes once a week or so
