First of all, I got it through a "lightning deal" on Amazon, and only paid $20. I bought another brand at Costco for about $15 or $16, and both were well worth the price.I like these ratchet type belts. This one I have worn constantly since I purchased it, and it shows little sign of wear. A normal belt with holes usually shows wear rather soon, since you always use the same hole. I also like ratchet belts, as they are adjustable in smaller grades than the old "hole" type belt. I don't see myself ever buying anything other than the ratchet type belt in the future. I've worn this one since July, and it shows no real wear at all.

Belt itself works great, but it didnt take long for the paint on the buckle to start to scratch and now looks like crap. Quickly became a work belt

Tried another brand and the gripping mechanism was poorly designed.This one works great and holds the belt securely.
