Very disappointed. It didn’t work from the beginning for my grandson, and my daughter in law tried getting help and they said to just keep trying. Now of course it’s too late to send back for a replacement or refund.

Used for a period of time, not very good, standby time is short

This Waterproof Smart Watch - Phone was a long time wish for my 8 year old son.

I was disappointed in this watch due to it's difficulty to use. I am not technology challenge! Once I figured out how to use it then I had problem with reception. Too much work and instability in it's service. I returned it for a refund.

So I purchased two of these watches for my 3 and 5 year olds, because school was starting and I was being a paranoid mom. I came across this watch and was really pleased with the features offered. I received the watches quickly and purchased the speedtalk sim cards.I was able to charge the watch and activate the sim cards; however, I was having an issue connecting the watches to the SETracker App... It took me 3 days to finally determine that there was an issue with the APN (Access Point Network) Connection for the watch and the app. I found the APN code on the amazon page of a different watch and tried it... FINALLY the watch was working and connected to the app.APN Code you need to text from the parent cell phone to the watch cell number: pw,123456,apn,mobilenet,,,310260# - mobilenet is the APN for speedtalk sim.Now, watch is working. Programmed the SOS and phone book information in the app. Kids are super excited... can't stop calling my cell phone from their watch.Functionality of phone:Didn't really think it all the way thru; however, side camera not such a functional part of the watch - I actually really don't like it at all...Font size on the phone book - Terrible... Names and numbers are soooooo small even the kids can't see who they are calling.I also wish that there was a watch with the same functionality they had the android charger connection. This way if I have my phone and tablet charger, I have the watch charger too.I haven't had any issues with the waterproof, they have worn them in the shower with no issue.I also would have liked the functionality of the watches being able to voice chat other numbers in the phone book without the app connection. As it works currently this is only a feature thru the app.Now the app can use some more development; however, the GPS - TOTALLY LOVE IT. So my daughter's bus was delayed on the first day of school and she didn't know what stop to get off, so I had to track her down using the GPS feature from the app and I was extremely thankful for this purchase because the app allowed me to track down the bus.

the reception on this watch is terrible. no good in having a gps phone watch when the signal is always out. i got this watch to help ease my anxiety but the constant drop signals is even wore.

My baby loves this watch very much.

I bought speedtalk sim card and activate the SIM card but the watch is not connecting to the internet. I called speedtalk and they are saying that the SIM is activated. What should I do now?
