A Better Way to Get Motivated Emotionally and Physically
I love this book because I've always been interested in work outs that don't involve going to traditional gyms that turn out to be social gatherings for people who have a lot of time on their hands. I don't have a lot of time to waste socializing at the gym, so I look for other alternatives. In addition to having cardio work out machines in my home, I have weights. But they can get boring sometimes. So I like to mix things up to keep it interesting with tips that I get from books like this which add quality of life to my work outs. It's also a good way to get more motivated at a fraction of the cost of going to a gym. So I read this book on my phone, and I'll be revisiting it many times in the future. It's well worth the time, the effort, the money, and the emotional investment.And best of all the author actually practices and believes in what he preaches. I feel confident in taking advice from someone who actually uses that advice himself.

The workout plan is very straightforward. Liked the little oatmeal recipe book that comes with it. Pretty good!

A great beginning to what will be a solid line of books
Love this compendium as it provides another creative way to “think outside the gym.” Nature provides us with so much, why not a good physical workout as well. This book is a solid effort in beginning to explore this relationship.

The only towel-based exercise book on Amazon
So I’m a younger female and was one of the beta testers for this book and needless to say it’s a strange (but pretty cool) approach to improving your fitness. Before reading this I actually had no idea that towel workouts were an actual thing in the industry. Some of these exercises made me really sore the next day, primarily because so many of them test your balance along with the resistance. I’ve been doing these routines for a few weeks now and the main thing I’ve noticed so far is the improvement in my balance. I was already lean to begin with but I’ll update this review with photos in the future. It is worth checking out!

Just as Good as "First Nature Physique" Book
I follow the author on twitter and he was kind enough to send me a beta version a few months ago so I could share my thoughts as to the effectiveness of the material. AND IT IS! Some of the exercises are more strenuous than the resistance band exercises from his original book but like anything - it's a progression. I'm sure most users will want to do all of the chest routines on their knees as I still am. If you're looking for a quick and creative fitness program, this is sure to suit your needs.

Must Read for Fitness Junkies
My girlfriend and I were emailed the pdf version of the book awhile back because the author asked us to try the regimen and share our thoughts. The GF is a workaholic when it comes to exercise but I’ll admit it’s not exactly a priority of mine. We found the routines to be fun in the sense that they were something totally new. Makes you wonder what other clever ways there are out there that could be utilized to get in tip-top shape.

Great Strategy for Changing Your Body
I was selected as a beta tester for this book. It’s safe to say i was pretty skeptical when I found out you’re meant to use towels instead of weights or exercise bands but I can assure you these routines with exhaust your muscles. For three dollars this product is a steal.

Towels?? Really?!
I’ve been following this author on Twitter for awhile now and he offered to give me a free copy of the book so that I could try the routines and give him some feedback before he released it. I was sooo surprised to google “towel workouts” and find out it’s an actual thing! It’s super clever and I’ve been enjoying this change of pace from the gym.
