Ruckus ZoneFlex 901-R710-US00 [R710] 802.11ac Wireless Access Point w/ Mounting Clip (Renewed)

Works exactly as I'd expect for a ruckus r710. Gives me decent wifi coverage everywhere in the house and is a nice standalone AP running unleashed.

This AP is very powerful and helps max out my internet connection, it is very stable, only went down once because I didn’t have a UPS battery backup, but now I do to protect this awesome AP. Overall, this specific AP is made for RF saturated areas, and channel fly helps make the best possible channel plan, I never have to look after it, it looks after it self which is super nice.

Needed the latest update but once applied worked great. These access points are EOL but the coverage and price is great for an end of life product

Ruckus r710 that was shipped to me did not match the image. I got no bracket, no screws, nothing. My unit had a crack on the right of the housing. It had screws rolling around inside and broken plastic tabs. The unit would boot up but flash at CTL light. It can't retrieve configuration. I tried everything for SSH to usb firmer upgrade but nothing could see the unit. I have configured dozens of these and this one is just bad. It also was so open, I could see the circuit board, with a bent pin header, corrosion and glue fingerprints.

Received and works. Had paint on it where someone missed the wall but didn't affect performance.

Uno si estaba con un error en los plasticos, la funcionalidad es total , se les hizo actualización de firmware al ultimo y se integraron con nuestra red de equipos, actualmnete contamos con 16 equipos y creo que vamos a seguir aumentando, todas las funciones operan y muy contento con la compra.

Because this was a refurbished...I mean, renewed model, the firmware was a bit funny and I had to flash it before I could even use the product. And I couldn't register the product with Ruckus.But that being said, this product exceeds any home wifi in terms of performance. We already used these devices. Adding additional units was very strait forward. The performance is outstanding. As for the condition we received them in. They were like new.
