..so ive used lysine forever as part of pauling protocol( Maintenance level dose)For heart disease.. I dump the powder in my coffee..These are slightly less but have a lil extra boost from other ingredients👍👍During these times, it did occur to me that there is anAnti viral quality to it too.. So even better!Keep in mind arginine is an antagonist ( unfortunately chocolateIs high in it uggh) ,so i don't eat high arg foods near taking lysine..Also best to take aminos like this on an empty stomach bcThe aminos in food can compete with the uptake..And if you like arginine supps as a supplement ( for n.o.)Consider beetroot..
