Protects my baby-fine hair
This order includes two caps, one blue and the other red. Wearing a sleeping cap improves my sleep by keeping my hair out of my face at night. It also prevents my hair from knotting up during the night, making it easier to comb my hair in the morning, without losing a lot of hair to breakage and pulling as I attempt to get rid of knots that formed if I tossed and turned during the night. The fabric is smooth and helps to retain your hairstyle overnight. The size of the cap is adequate to contain all of my hair. The elastic band is a bit tight (uncomfortable) if I wear it in front of, or over, my ears. It is fine (and stays put) if I wear the elastic high on my head and just behind my ears. I do not find that it is too hot to wear in hot weather. I am pleased with this purchase.
