Nice, sturdy yoga ball. Company contacted me before the ball arrived with extra inflating-instructions so as to avoid any difficulties. None ensued,but that extra effort on the part of the seller was very reassuring - giving me the sense that if there had been any difficulty, I would have found recourse by contacting the seller.. My husband has recently completed a course of physical therapy and needed this to continue exercising regularly at home. He is very pleased with this exercise ball, and I'm looking forward to it myself. The price is SO reasonable, the exercise ball is just what my husband was looking for, and the way the seller made contact to offer instructions was greatly appreciated.

It is difficult to remove the plug with the plastic tool that is shipped with it for that purpose. The plastic "FORK" is too flimzy. But the ball is excellent.

Bought a 65cm ball according to the size chart for my wife who is 5' 7". It was too small for what we wanted to use. Her knees were higher than her hips when she sat on it - not ideal to sit upright and exercise pelvic muscles. Otherwise good quality I'd say.

Easy to inflate and use. Accompanying instructions are easy to follow. Wish it came with the ring base though.

Serves it's purpose well, however, toward the end of my workouts I've noticed a bit of deflation in the ball. Inflation doesn't take long but seems to be a workout in itself.

Very satisfied with my purchase - I've been using it in replacement for my desk chair for an hour a day. It was easy to inflate - I followed the instructions emailed to me. I had hoped the exercise sheet they included would be larger and easier to see. I would recommend they make it at least an 81/2 x 11" size.

It's an exercise ball that appears well made. No surprises, you just let it come to room temperature and then pump it up. After purchasing this, the company (Starwood Sports) sent me an email with instructions that I followed and appreciated. I did wonder why the instructions weren't on the box or inside the box.
