Instruction was terrible

Had this for less than a year.It was working great.But lately, it would sometimes be dead.I'd have to disconnect it, plug it back in to get it to work.It is on the same line as another phone, and that phone has no problems.I got this one because it didn't need batteries like other phones like this.I hope that's not the reason for the problem.I am looking for a replacement for this one.If not for the problem, it worked well.

This unit arrived today, July 31st. To begin with.A: I mounted it vertically. It came with no mounting screws and the hand set kept falling off the phone. There is a small 'tab' one can push upward to keep the handset in Ithe cradle but it would fall downward when I used the hand set.B: The instruction manual was a horrible translation from Chinese to English. It made NO sense at all.C: The box had been opened before as indicated by the tape.D: The LED display was very dim and difficult to see, even in the dark.E: The slots on the back of the phone were too shallow to accept the heads of the screws I had on hand.I will be returning this.

I can not use the phone, the cable connection is not in the correct way

Receiver does not sit in cradle properly so phone does not always hang up.Guess.i wanted a.cheap standby phone and that's what I got.Would not recommend this.

It said it was a two line phone but it was not. I am very disappointed.
