I have been using this product for a while now on and off. I use after I have worked out and showered, I did use with just hands but now I have a roller/mitt which I use in circular motions on my thighs, tummy, hips and bum. I find that if used often you start seeing results of smoother skin but also this is paired with exercise. I think it just helps smooth out the look of cellulite. I do however like this product. People use it twice and day, morning and night but I am happy using it after workouts and still seeing results. Down to personal preference and what works for you.
