I am a Clinical Associate and in nursing school. I was a little nervous about buying a stethoscope for so cheap and off line. I received the product on time, the packaging was perfect for the box. I opened it, put it together and listened-it was perfect! I've used the Litmen stethoscopes in the nursery before but I personally thought this stethoscope was of equal listening quality if not better! It is extremely light weight and of good quality in relation to the price. It comes with two pairs of ear pieces which both screw on as in the pictures I've provided-a hard white pair and a squishy black pair which are the most comfortable ear pieces I've ever felt! The neon Pink was almost a Barbie colored pink and I really love it! I can't wait to use it on the job and I am debating weather to get another just Incase this one gets lost in all the bustle.Overall-if you are looking for a good quality stethoscope for cheap-get this one!

Adequate for BP
This scope is OK for doing blood pressures with a cuff, but auscultating lungs or GI tract you won't hear much. For that, get something better. BTW, the ADC, Prestige and Medline scopes all appear to be similar and are probably made by the same mfg.Stethoscopes are seriously outmoded tech but if you need one for diagnostic purposes, I'd recommend a $40 Littman instead.UPDATE Feb 08 2014:I tried replacing the membrane on this item thinking it might improve its resonance but the flimsy elastic retainer broke as soon as I tried to slip it back on the diaphragm. So I would add "not durable" to my comments above.BTW, the Tytan brand scopes sold at WalMart are pretty good acoustically.
